Goliath offers customized packages to fit the riggers of your teams season and needs. Whether its for during season or off-season, your team needs to prepare like everyday is game day. Our team training includes:

  • Athlete Combine and Physical Pre/Post testing

  • Acquisition of key bio-mechanical skills and movements

  • A sport-specific periodized plan incorporating strength, power, speed, agility, and core training along with plyometrics.

  • Recovery strategies and tactics for competition.

  • Team YOGA (optional).
