Rehabilitation | Corrective Exercise
WHAT IS IT?
Every Sunday, we host a specialized rehab class using the latest corrective exercises to improve an individual's functional range of motion, overall mobility, and of course reduce pain! Each topic will be offered once a month.
These classes are open to all! Whether you're an athlete, regular joe, a parent, or senior, everyone needs to do their correctives! All are welcome.
