The Total Verticval Program utilizes the latest methods and concepts to improving the vertical jump. It is a blend of plyometrics and strength training in a demanding 3 phase periodization that pushes your athletic performance to its pinnacle!


Every Program comes with an exercise library with hyperlinks to our private youtube channel showing demonstrations of each exercise, which further supports our athletes who live outside the #YEG area.


This is a 12 week program.
